Continental Auto Group Scholarship

Purpose: To assist Career Scholars students enrolled in Automotive Technology programs at ACC.

Criteria:
• Minimum 3.0 GPA in high school or college or submit a GED
• Financial need (as determined by the ACC Financial Aid Office)
• Must be accepted into the ACC Career Scholar program
• Must be a resident in the ACC service area
• Must have a passion for an automotive career and be willing to start as an Express Tech or Apprentice
• Must demonstrate a need for mentorship, technical training and support to complete studies
• Must meet Continental Auto Group’s pre-employment qualifications:
o Must have a valid driver’s license
o Must pass CAG-specified drug test
o Must pass CAG-specified background check

Terms of Scholarship:
1. Successfully complete a minimum of 12 hours with a 3.0 GPA each semester.
2. Scholarship applies to tuition, fees, books, and educational expenses.
3. Scholarship must be used within the academic year awarded.
