Foundation History
The Texas Pioneer Foundation is a private independent 501©(3) foundation incorporated in the State of Texas in 2004 and headquartered in Texarkana, Texas.

Mission of the Foundation
We seek potential funding opportunities in those under served areas needing assistance in creating or reorganizing education based programs in Texas. Our mission is to provide financial support for programs that will improve the quality and results of education and expand access to and success in higher education for all Texas students.
