Education is all about relationships, and the Loop13.org scholarship gives aspiring educators at ACC their first glimpse at how looping can improve every measurable academic and behavioral outcome for their future students. “Looping” occurs when an educator teaches students for more than one academic year. Because the relationship and interpersonal understanding is so much stronger in year 2, teachers consistently consider looping a career-changing way to improve their own job satisfaction and help their students achieve their goals.
