Frank Garrahan Memorial

Frank Garrahan received his Bachelor of History degree and Master of Arts degree from State University of New York at Albany. Frank dedicated a long career as a Professor of Government at Austin Community College, retiring in 2018 with over 40 years as an instructor and many of those years as head of the department. His personal life was devoted to various charities and his beloved dogs. Frank was always good about checking on family and friends, especially those in failing health, and how he frequently made delicious cookies and brownies to share in the office and at charity planning meetings. Frank loved to travel and attend local theater productions.
