Founded in 1995, Daman (short for Data Management) started operations by focusing on application integration: building information architectures that allowed disparate corporate software programs to communicate with each other. While delivering application integration solutions, Daman realized that much of the effort revolved around the integration of analytical and transactional applications. Consequently, the company, like any successful business, expanded its service offerings to address this opportunity and launched its data warehousing practice.
